The location on the vibrant Hidalgo street was unbeatable, with easy access to all the bustling restaurants and shops. the staff's 24-hour availability and helpfulness stood out, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. the newly changed mattresses provided a comfortable rest after long days of exploring the island. While the room was a bit cramped for two people, the hot water with good pressure in the bathroom was a nice touch. the lack of amenities like a TV or chair was noticeable but understandable for an economical stay. the fresh towels and daily housekeeping service were appreciated, keeping everything clean and tidy. The highlight of the hotel was the private rooftop terrace offering city views, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the lively atmosphere of Isla Mujeres. Overall, Hotel Masam Isla Mujeres is a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient base to explore the island.
